Welcome to Life Savers Ambulance Services (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website, contacting our helpline, or booking our ambulance and medical transport services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that:
– You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into this agreement.
– The information you provide during booking or inquiry is true and accurate.
– You have the authority to act on behalf of the patient or individual receiving the service (if applicable).

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. Scope of Services

Life Savers Ambulance Services provides:
– Emergency and non-emergency ambulance transportation.
– Intercity and interstate patient transfers (road, rail, and air).
– ICU-equipped ambulances with professional medical staff.
– Coordination with hospitals, clinics, and insurance partners.

All services are subject to availability, operational limitations, and medical suitability.

3. Booking & Confirmation

– Bookings can be made via phone, website, or authorized representatives.
– Service confirmation depends on ambulance availability, patient condition, and logistics.
– Once confirmed, you will receive the driver’s details, estimated time of arrival, and fare information.
– We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if circumstances make service unsafe or impractical.

4. Pricing & Payments

– Charges depend on distance, medical requirements, ambulance type, and other related costs.
– Payments may be made by cash, UPI, debit/credit card, or approved insurance coverage.
– Any additional equipment, drugs, or medical staff requested during service will incur extra charges.
– Payment must be completed as per the agreed terms before or after service completion.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

– If you cancel before dispatch, a nominal cancellation fee may apply.
– If the ambulance has been dispatched or has reached your location, full service charges may apply.
– Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
– Cancellations due to unavoidable emergencies (like patient condition change) will be handled compassionately.

6. Service Responsibility

We strive to provide safe, reliable, and timely ambulance assistance. However:
– Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, roadblocks, emergencies).
– We are not responsible for any medical complications arising during transit unless due to proven negligence.
– Our medical staff will act in the patient’s best interest using professional judgment and available resources.

7. Patient & Attendant Responsibilities

– Ensure accurate disclosure of medical history and current condition.
– Follow all safety instructions given by our medical and driving staff.
– One attendant may accompany the patient, subject to ambulance space and safety considerations.
– Avoid interfering with medical procedures or equipment during transport.

8. Liability Limitation

– Life Savers Ambulance Services will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays, or damages.
– Our total liability in any case will not exceed the total service fee paid for that trip.
– We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to accidents, natural disasters, or third-party actions.

9. Data Protection

– Your personal and medical information is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
– We collect only essential data required to provide our services and maintain safety.
– All records are confidential and used solely for operational and regulatory purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

– All website content, text, logos, graphics, and trademarks belong to Life Savers Ambulance Services.
– You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written permission.

11. Termination of Service

We may suspend or refuse service if:
– False information is provided.
– There is any threat, misconduct, or non-cooperation with our staff.
– Payment is not made as agreed.

Any outstanding dues will remain payable even after termination.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Life Savers Ambulance Services, its employees, doctors, and representatives harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
– Misuse of our services,
– Breach of these Terms, or
– Violation of applicable laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in law or service operations. The revised version will be published on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after such updates signifies your acceptance.

14. Governing Law
