A premature baby, born at 28 weeks of gestation and weighing only 1.1 kg, required urgent transfer from Delhi New Born Centre in Pitampura to RML Hospital for advanced neonatal care.

The neonate was extremely fragile and required continuous ventilator support, making transport extremely high-risk.
